I have always placed a very high priority on communicating with and staying connected with my clients. As the times have changed, so too have I in terms of how I accomplish this goal. While for many, social media is perceived of as a marketing channel, for my practice I much prefer to use social media for listening and communication. I have determined that if I am going to be serious about listening and communicating it has become increasingly important that I actively participate in a number of social media channels.
With the above in mind, I am extremely pleased to share with you some of the other areas beyond my website that you can now connect with me.
Facebook has proven to be a wonderful place to share and to learn more about what exactly my clients are interested in. I also on occasion will be running specials through Facebook mainly focused on many of my non-surgical offerings. As the Facebook audience begins to mature I also hope that this space will provide others with a great opportunity to learn more about my practice from my biggest fans – YOU, my clients! If you are active on Facebook please take a moment to visit us there, and if you are liking what you see please go ahead and “Like” my page.
On Twitter I am very focused in sharing the latest on facial plastic surgery, and I will be frequently providing links to recent articles as well as featuring my own writing. And yes, I will be listening here too so if you have questions please do not feel shy about reaching out to me in this space. If I can answer you in 140 characters or less I’ll be happy to do so, otherwise we’ll look to find another venue that will allow us to continue our conversation.
I have worked very hard to provide a nice array of videos focused on facial plastic surgery as well as my own approach to my work, all of which are currently featured on my YouTube Channel. Upon viewing any video, should you have any questions or comments please feel free to either comment on YouTube or get back to me through my website. Again, I am here to listen and to help. Hopefully you will find these videos to be helpful in explaining a specific procedure as well as in providing you with a more complete sense of my approach to my work.
With regard to the above venues (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) please remember that they are open to the public, so please do not share any personal information on those sites that you would not be comfortable having out in the public. In terms of all of my responses also please understand that while I am very happy and interested in providing you with general information, without the benefit of an in person consultation I will not be able to make specific recommendations. Your privacy and comfort is always my priority, and that ideal is not lost in my social media efforts.
Lastly, I am also very happy to share with you my Yelp! page. If you are a former client feel free to share your experience with my practice on Yelp! Doing so will be a great benefit to other potential clients and also to me as hearing your feedback will allow me to continually advance my practice. Of course if you are a potential client, I’d strongly encourage you to visit my Yelp! page as well to see what others have said about their own experiences with me.
