		<description>Agree. However, there are at least two other important issues that have to be brought up here. 1. How many procedures similiar to what a patient is looking to have done, has a particular doctor done -- even if the credentials appear to be in order, and; 2. Can I see the before and after pictures of those procedures. Board certifications are the foundation. No doubt. But as I have learned, experience in particular procedures and how a doctor has kept up with the latest techniques over the years can, and does, make all the difference.</description>
